  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery to the USA: 10–20 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unexpected delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Suplytwo is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
