1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for a refund.


2. Return Shipping

  • Customers in the United States are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@suplytwo.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
